Augmentive / reliability desk

Your automation works—until it doesn’t.

I trace failures in existing AI-assisted workflows and give you a clear rescue-or-rebuild decision before anything changes in production.

The buying moment

You already built it. Now the business depends on it.

The problem is no longer whether automation is possible. It is whether the system you have can be trusted when the happy path ends.

01

It fails without telling anyone

The run looks successful until a customer, teammate or missed deadline reveals that part of the workflow stopped.

02

The original builder moved on

You inherited nodes, prompts, credentials and workarounds—but not a reliable explanation of how the system behaves.

03

Every fix creates another question

You can keep patching symptoms, but nobody has traced the critical path, edge cases and recovery decisions end to end.

Fit before pitch

A narrow offer on purpose.

A rescue diagnostic is useful only when the system and access make a truthful diagnosis possible.

This is likely a fit

  • An existing workflow has a concrete failure or unreliable output.
  • The stack includes Make, n8n, Zapier, APIs, Claude/OpenAI, data, reporting or document automation.
  • You can share logs, an export, a screen recording or test/read-only access.
  • You want evidence before authorizing production changes.

This is not the current offer

  • A greenfield SaaS or mobile application build.
  • Authentication, payment security, tenant isolation or cybersecurity assurance.
  • Cloud architecture or generic senior full-stack ownership.
  • A guaranteed legal, regulatory or compliance outcome.

AI Workflow Rescue Diagnostic

One existing workflow. One bounded investigation. One evidence-backed decision about what should happen next.

The diagnostic is a paid, fixed-scope first milestone. Its price and access plan are confirmed after brief triage. Repair is quoted separately.

What you leave with

Reproduced failure findingsWhat breaks, when it breaks and what evidence supports the conclusion.
Critical-path and edge-case mapThe handoffs, assumptions and exception states that determine reliability.
Prioritized blocker listWhat is urgent, what can wait and what should not be touched casually.
Rescue-or-rebuild recommendationA plain-language decision, including uncertainty and access limits.
Separate repair scope when appropriateNo open-ended rewrite and no production change hidden inside the diagnostic.
How it runs

From symptom to decision—without guessing.

The engagement is staged so the unknowns are exposed before anyone commits to a repair.

Share the symptom

Send a concise description, screen recording, workflow export or representative failure.

Confirm fit and access

We define the workflow boundary, business consequence and safest inspection path.

Trace the failure

The critical path, data transformations, integrations, edge cases and recovery behavior are inspected.

Make the decision

You receive the findings and rescue-or-rebuild recommendation. Any repair begins under a new, explicit scope.

Evidence, honestly framed

Clients value the way Julius finds and explains operational problems.

These comments support the diagnostic and advisory method. They are not presented as proof of completed workflow-rescue engagements.

“Julius didn’t just confirm what I already knew; he brought solutions I hadn’t even heard of. The fact that his research independently flagged a platform I’d already adopted told me immediately that the process works.”
Dave · Delixandra
“Julius listened to exactly what I was dealing with and came back with resources and solutions that directly solved those problems. He’s knowledgeable, confident, and makes it all feel doable.”
Michelle · Founder, Social Therapy
“Julius opened my eyes to a whole other level of workflow improvements I hadn’t considered—and I would highly recommend having that audit of your current procedures.”
Andrew · Operations Manager

The operator behind the diagnostic

Built from an operations mindset, not an AI demo.

Julius Francis founded Augmentive AI to help businesses turn fragile, hard-to-explain automation into workflows an owner can understand and operate.

The method is failure-first: establish the boundary, inspect the evidence, identify where human review or recovery belongs, and document the decision. Where appropriate, deliverables receive an independent second-model review before handoff.

Common questions

Before you share a workflow.

What kinds of workflows can you diagnose?

Existing Make, n8n, Zapier, API, Claude/OpenAI-assisted, data, reporting and document workflows. The specific tools matter less than whether the failure can be observed and the system can be inspected safely.

Will you change the live workflow during the diagnostic?

No production changes are included by default. Read-only access, logs, exports or a duplicate/test environment are preferred. Any production repair requires a separate scope and approval.

What if the workflow cannot be rescued?

That is a valid diagnostic result. You receive the evidence, the reason repair is not recommended and the smallest responsible rebuild boundary that can be established from what was inspected.

How long does it take?

The timeline is confirmed after the workflow boundary and access path are understood. A small exported workflow and a multi-system production process should not be promised the same turnaround.

Do you guarantee the repair or a search ranking?

No. Augmentive AI commits to a bounded diagnostic process and honest evidence. It does not guarantee that every inherited system is repairable, nor does this website promise search-engine rankings.

A short description is enough to determine whether a diagnostic conversation makes sense. You do not need to send credentials or sensitive data through this form.
