This notice explains how Augmentive AI handles information submitted through this website. It is a plain-language operational notice, not a promise to collect information that the site does not request.
Information you provide
The diagnostic request form may collect your name, work email, company, workflow platform, a description of the failure and its business impact, and the kinds of diagnostic evidence available.
Do not submit sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment information, health information, customer records, confidential source code or other sensitive material through the website form.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to assess whether the request fits Augmentive AI’s current service scope and to respond to you. It is not sold by Augmentive AI.
Website services
The site uses Netlify for hosting and form processing. It also contains the Meta Pixel currently used on Augmentive AI’s website to measure page visits and lead-form completion. Those providers may process technical information according to their own policies.
Retention and requests
Information may be retained as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, maintain business records and protect the site. To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted, email julius@augmentiveai.co.
